Tax measures during COVID-19 times 

The measure announced by the Management Committee of the Simples Nacional (CGSNThis comes at a good time. Thousands of entrepreneurs who are registered under the Simples Nacional tax regime are going through an unprecedented period of scarcity and therefore need state assistance to cope with it, otherwise they risk succumbing, closing jobs and deepening the crisis to even more acute levels.

In times like these, business owners must take the initiative, anticipate needs, and seek fair negotiations with their creditors to postpone their financial obligations; to do so, it is of utmost importance to have legal and technical advice.
