Export Price: O preço de exportação será o preço efetivamente pago ou a pagar pelo produto exportado ao Brasil. Tal preçr dúvidas, por motivo de associação ou acordo existente entre o exportador e o importador ou uma terceira parte, o preço de exportação poderá ser construído a partir do preço de revenda do importador ao primeiro comprador independente.

However, if the products are not resold to an independent buyer, or are not resold in the same condition in which they were imported, the export price may be determined using any other method, provided it is duly justified.

Dumping margin: It is the difference between the normal value and the export price. For this difference to be calculated, a fair comparison must be made between the export price and the normal value in effect during the period established for investigating the existence of dumping. The WTO recommends that this period should normally be one year and never less than six months.o, em princípio, deverá ser o preço ex fabrica (isto é, sem impostos) e à vista.

Alternatives to the export price: Caso o preço de exportação possa suscita

If the product is not exported directly from the country of origin, the export price will be compared to the normal price found in the intermediary country. However, a comparison with the price practiced in the country of origin (normal price) may be made if:

• The product only transits through the intermediary country;
• There is no production of the product in the intermediate country; or
• if there is no comparable price for the product in the intermediate country.
