the revocation of the section of Provisional Measure 927 that provided for the suspension of employment contracts for 4 months.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The measure was published by the federal government with actions to combat the economic effects of the new coronavirus pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Since this is a provisional measure, the text takes effect immediately, but it still needs to be approved by the National Congress within 120 days to remain valid.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Other points that were not revoked by the president will proceed to the analysis of deputies and senators.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>They are:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>teleworking (remote work, such as working from home)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Special system for compensating hours in the future in case of eventual interruption of the workday during a public calamity.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Suspension of vacations for workers in the health and essential services sectors.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Advance notice of individual vacations, with the employee being notified up to 48 hours in advance.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>granting of collective leave<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Taking advantage of and anticipating holidays<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Suspension of administrative requirements in occupational safety and health.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Postponement of the collection of the Severance Indemnity Fund (FGTS)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>See
