Todavia de acordo com o projeto de lei, poder\u00e1 ser poss\u00edvel realizar o empr\u00e9stimo diretamente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Segundo o diretor de regula\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco Central, Otavio Damaso: \u201cA partir desse projeto de lei a gente vai poder fazer um processo de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o, desburocratiza\u00e7\u00e3o das regras cambiais que hoje em alguns casos s\u00e3o extremamente complexas e demandam muitos gastos correntes das empresas. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>The bill has been sent to Congress and will go through all the standard legislative procedures
