{"id":2359,"date":"2019-08-08T18:41:16","date_gmt":"2019-08-08T21:41:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dbtesser.siteup.dev\/contribuinte-deve-se-atentar-ao-prazo-para-declaracao-de-imposto-sobre-propriedade-territorial-rural-ditr\/"},"modified":"2019-08-08T18:41:16","modified_gmt":"2019-08-08T21:41:16","slug":"taxpayers-should-pay-attention-to-the-deadline-for-filing-the-rural-land-tax-return-ditr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dbtesser.com.br\/en\/contribuinte-deve-se-atentar-ao-prazo-para-declaracao-de-imposto-sobre-propriedade-territorial-rural-ditr\/","title":{"rendered":"Taxpayers should pay attention to the deadline for filing the Rural Land Tax Return \u2013 DITR."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dbtesser.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/SITE-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-435\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>According to news released by the Federal Revenue Service, on July 19, 2019, Normative Instruction RFB No. 1902\/2019 was published, which provides for the submission of the Rural Land Tax Return for the fiscal year 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aforementioned instruction provides for the deadline of <strong>DITR presentation<\/strong>, that<strong> Applications will be accepted from August 12th to September 30th, 2019.<\/strong>, through the ITR 2019 Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The ITR (Rural Land Tax) payment can be made in up to 4 equal, monthly and consecutive installments, with the first installment, or the single payment, due by September 30, 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taxpayers who fail to submit the aforementioned declaration within the indicated deadline will be subject to a penalty of a fine equivalent to 1% per month, calculated on the total amount of tax due. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>* The Rural Land Tax Return (DITR) must be submitted annually by any individual or legal entity that owns, holds title to, or possesses in any capacity, including usufructuary, rural property.
