Tal pre\u00e7<\/em><em>r d\u00favidas, por motivo de associa\u00e7\u00e3o ou acordo existente entre o exportador e o importador ou uma terceira parte, o pre\u00e7o de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser constru\u00eddo a partir do pre\u00e7o de revenda do importador ao primeiro comprador independente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, if the products are not resold to an independent buyer, or are not resold in the same condition in which they were imported, the export price may be determined using any other method, provided it is duly justified.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dumping margin:<\/strong> <em>It is the difference between the normal value and the export price. For this difference to be calculated, a fair comparison must be made between the export price and the normal value in effect during the period established for investigating the existence of dumping.
