The news regarding the Siscomex Fee was widely discussed today, with the legislative information being particularly relevant, with the publication of Ministry of Economy Ordinance No. 4131/2021, changing the value of the R$ Fee from 185.00 to 115.67 due per Import Declaration (DI), and the Additional Fee from 29.50 to 38.56 due in relation to each addition (fixed value per addition) of goods, observing the limits set by the Special Secretariat of the Federal Revenue of Brazil and the Ministry of Economy.

The values are constantly revised in MF Ordinance 257/2011, resulting in a reduction of approximately 28.10% when compared to the DI record containing only one addition.
