State units must receive professionals even without prior scheduling when there is a legal or judicial deadline equal to or less than five business days.

According to lawyer Michel from the DB Tesser firm, legal professionals face adverse situations every day when trying to access services and information from public administration bodies. Sometimes these departments impose rules and regulations that only hinder and prevent the free and regular exercise of legal activities, as well as the public function of the profession. The need to create rules and/or issue regulations to govern lawyers' access to any public administration body, in itself, denotes a complete inversion of values.

Priority service at tax offices in Rio de Janeiro will now apply to filing objections, appeals, statements of disagreement, and documents related to summons with deadlines, in cases where there is a failure or interruption in the operation of the E-CAC (Virtual Service Center).
